Prior to even arriving, we received a notice that the hotel had request to check in early. We arrived and the attendant advised me that this happens all the time with outside apps. However, she quickly accommodated my request and provided me with a room immediately. We arrived and also discovered that parking was conveniently located across street, in-door and it was safe and secure. The staff were excellent, friendly, informative and helpful. The room was extremely clean. I can’t recommend this location more highly. It is also located conveniently near the restaurants, a grocery store and a wonderful bagel shop.

The hotel is spotlessly clean and the room was excellent with a nice bathroom and comfortable beds. Very convenient for the cruise ship harbour, and friendly and helpful staff (but see next answer …)

Clean, nice room, staff especially Edwin- the evening concierge/ at the front desk was very helpful, kind and went above and beyond to find me a few restaurants to eat at for dinner.

Location was pretty decent and safe. Although all restaurants in the area were shut by 9/ max 10 pm. Not close to any of the touristy areas but amongst a bunch of apartment buildings. Free parking was a bonus. Close proximity to grocery store with a full service Starbucks was good

Location was next to a grocery store for snacks and buffet meals and a small shopping area. Room was comfortable and hotel personnel were able to provide a scent-free room, which was very much appreciated.

We didn't use the food services but the hotel is located near great restaurants and bars. The McHenry location in ideal for cruise passengers seeking a night's stay prior to a cruise. You should capitalize on that aspect of the location. In addition there is it's distance from the inner harbor area.

I could play music through bluetooth to the tv. Great views from the room, full length mirror, EV car charging available in garage, convenient grocery store Harris Teeter right next to hotel. Only 1 free parking however I was able to park our 2nd car als

Very close to cruise terminal. Great variety of eating establishments within walking distance as well as a grocer. Clean rooms and very friendly helpful staff. Parking was in a parking garage across the street.
